The False Self-Judging Consciousness

(Exploring the Mysteries of our Reality)

The foundations of our experiential reality are shaped by the conditions of the human soul. Thus, understanding the human soul reveals the mysteries that lie within these foundations; mysteries such as why we are here, why our reality is as it is, and what our purpose is as a whole and as an individual. And how we come to know this “unknown” God of divine love, who is a God of the living and not the dead.

Contemplations of these mysteries have filled the minds of philosophers, mystics, spiritualists, religions, and scientists. In our present soul condition, we each possess our own perception of reality because of how we currently interact with relative truth. But if we step back we can see threads of truth running through the truly contemplative minds, which I find intriguing.

How we perceive truth will always be relative to us to some extent because it flows through our individuality. However, our relative truth can either be moving into alignment with the Truth or keeping us bound to illusions. Anything observed by us comes through our current perspectives. So the moment we “observe” we are interpreting. For example, to look at our reality from an energetic level versus what we see with the naked eye creates two very different observations, thus interpretations. These observations produce different assumptions, thus affecting our responses to what we observe.

So truth is truth, but our interpretations vary and our interpretations can make what we perceive a lie or a hazy version of the truth. It’s my belief that we come to the hazy version of truth by learning from the Spirit of Truth and Love of our divine Creator, for this Spirit is the only one with the full perspective. And as we continue to learn, the haze slowly diminishes. An exceedingly precious gift to each of us is that we each have access to this Spirit, through our innermost soul, the door through which we encounter eternity, thus the truly real.

So understanding that there is always more to learn that deepens and clarifies our “understanding”, I want to share some of what I’m starting to perceive of these mysteries. The significance of exploring these foundations is that a deepening understanding helps to clarify our purpose, our soul’s journey and thus how to navigate this experiential reality. It helps to clear up the muddy puddles created by our present “governing” consciousness.

Upon our soul’s incarnation into this mortal realm through our physical birth, our soul was encapsulated in what I call a false self-judging consciousness. It’s what governs our individual realities.

First, our consciousness is dynamic. It’s our total awareness at any one moment that is always in a state of change, to some degree, for everything affects or influences our consciousness. Our current awareness creates our current perceptions and our perceptions create how we “observe” life and thus act within it and respond to it. Thus, it is what governs us. It’s the ever-changing summation of every belief, thought, perception, desire, emotion, and time-bound judgment that all work together to create our individual expression.

Second, it’s self-judging. We each separately think on and judge our reality according to the makeup of our particular consciousness. It’s like we each are a computer with our own operating system running its own programs according to its own definitions of what is good or not. Out of this individualized consciousness we make our own self-contained judgments every moment of our lives. What to do or not to do, what is good or not good, what is right or what is wrong. Its operating system is the self-driven “free” will that chooses between the options presented, yes or no, like a computer’s 1s and 0s.

Thirdly, it’s false. These judgments that we make come from our limited and finite mind that only knows what it has experienced. It is a mind full of error and perhaps some hazy truth, but a little mud muddles the whole puddle. Because it is coming from our limited little self, its judgments are always in error to some degree. We may think we are smart and make good decisions but as we grow in the understanding of a divine consciousness to contrast our own by, we realize our perceptions function in an isolation that creates disharmony in ways we never considered or suspected. This understanding manifests a profound humility no matter how much you know. It’s a consciousness that is complicated, cavernous, complex, contradictory, and confounded.

Though we act from the limited isolated views of a finite mind, our actions effect all of creation. So every judgment we make sends out ripple effects into creation. Our essence is energy, which knows no boundaries. As energy, we are continuously sending out ripple effects and as we are governed by this self-judging consciousness, though some of the ripples may appear good, they are also full of error. It’s impossible for us to judge correctly because we lack the perspective we need. We are not an all-knowing creation, but quite the opposite. This limitation is a characteristic of a self-driven “free” will or “individualized” will, in which we choose this way or that, yes or no.

This false self-judging consciousness rules and governs each one of us. Even though we may feel we are making a “free” choice, we only have the capacity to choose according to what our cumulative consciousness up to this point will choose, so what we call free is actually bondage to the current state of our particular false self-judging consciousness. Thus, “free” will is an illusion. We are bound by and to our false self-judging consciousness, and this is what governs us. It is the “god” of this transitory reality, for it governs this reality because it governs the human soul.

BUT, this transitory consciousness serves a very important purpose. It is creating within our soul a foundation upon which we can exist in eternity in divine love with a true and eternal freedom. It is a critical component of our soul’s journey to becoming a soul of divinity. It serves to instill into our soul truths and desires we couldn’t possess otherwise. So there are significant purposes to abiding, for a season, in this false self-judging consciousness.

So, though our current soul state is governed by this temporary “simulated” consciousness it is housed in the all-encompassing consciousness of a divine Creator. So, as we pull back or go deeper for a bigger perspective, we see there is much more than what meets the naked eye, and the mysteries start to unravel.

This is the beginning … more next time.

Seeking into the Beyond

Seeking into the Beyond

Who is God?

space

In the way of perfect goodness there is only life.

Why would a God of love and life cast a reflection of death, killing, animal sacrifice (offering of fear and death), stoning, and eating of dead flesh as we see in the Old Testament of the Bible? Is this the reflection of the true eternal God of divine love? How can what is life reflect death? How can perfect love reflect fear? How can a mirror reflect something opposite? These are the questions a soul seeking truth asks.

When we are seeking the truth, thus the source of truth, we have to ask ourselves is the image of god, the one our minds have been shaped with, the true God Almighty?

Life is life, not death. Life reflects life, not death. It can’t be what it isn’t.

In seeking truth, we are led beyond all that is of this world, what is created by this world, and what is sown in this world, that which is darkened in corruption. We go above the dark clouds of fear, death and suffering, that hover over this lower realm and discover a higher realm where purity, truth, life and divine love exists. As humans we were blessed with this capacity by the Spirit of Truth – to connect through the spirit, beyond the spirit that hovers and governs this world, to a higher Spirit who exists beyond this creation. We must ascend above the film of this reality into the spirit beyond.

In this ascension, we start to “see” the essence of the Most High, who is perfect divine love. Then we ask, who is the god of the Bible, the Old Testament? One Jesus greatly contrasted? Bound in their beliefs of a god of death, Christ gently showed them the reflection of God Almighty who is beyond this lower realm. He spoke in a way they could receive by starting with what they knew, their perceptions of god. He contrasted the higher law with the lower one, teaching that love and life, not fear and death, are the nature of the Most High.

This god of the lower realm rules by fear, not love. Fear is the lack of love. Love fills the emptiness of a soul and in doing so drives out all fear. Fear involves torment because of the lack; lack of care, healing, protection, safety, mercy, counsel, comfort, care, and kindness. Fear doesn’t involve healing and love. Fear and perfect love can’t co-exist, for one is the lack of the other. So who is this god they called Father? The god of this world, one formed without love and therefore that is how he rules?

There is no fear in perfect love.

Christ came reflecting and teaching that we have the ability to connect to the Most High, as he did. And not only connect, but to be a part of His divine love as he was, and be a spiritual entity that never dies when it’s of life. Divine love is the supreme good, perfect governance and superior state of mind for any creation. It prevails over all. Thus, Christ left us with a new command to govern our mind, to love as he loved which was with the eternal Father’s divine love, a love not of this world. Not commands of death, killing, cruelty, stoning, animal sacrifice, feasting on death sown in fear and pain, hatred …only perfect love.

By embracing the ways of divine love, we are separated from the governance of the god of this world. We are set free from serving what is opposite of love, and embark on a path of being transformed by this divine love. We begin to take on a new likeness of the Supreme Creator, thus transitioning into children of the Most High. In this likeness, we live and act in accordance to divine love and its principles and ways. Thus, we start to reflect His nature, as Christ did. What we do and live by reflects our God, who is a creator and dispenser of thoughts; thoughts/beliefs that govern us.

Our thoughts either create and feed fear, death, suffering, cruelty, torment, lust and rebellion OR kindness, care, compassion, beauty, honor and love toward all of creation. We can’t do both for one is the opposite of the other. One comes from an emptiness, the other from an oneness. The characteristics that govern our beliefs reveal the god governing our mind.

One god feeds us death, the other life. We feast on lies or truth. We feast on the flesh of the dead or the fruits of the living. Our choices and lives are a reflection of who we serve and know God to be or not to be. The more we know of the Most High God, the more our life is of life and not death; not consuming death, wearing death, feeding fear, or governed by fear. The desire of one who is of divine love is not to do anything that is counter to it. When we choose the paths of life, we become a part of the eternal life. Along the way, we are transformed from the inside out into creations reflecting a higher realm, and no longer the lower one we were born into.

May we let love, true, sincere, and real divine love, be our only guide in our daily lives. Not convenience, habit, tradition, culture, mankind’s religions, or the world’s wisdom. This is the awakening to true righteousness. It’s coming out of the ways of blindness (darkness) and into a healing reality of life.

As I have been seeking the truth, divine love met me on my path. Walking in its principles creates more life and love in your life, not less.  Love forever grows and expands in your life for it is of life. It’s the supreme way and governance. When we seek truth in all sincerity, we come to find divine love. It’s the way of perfection for all of creation. The perfection of love is a reflection of the Most High God.

May we all come out of the blinding darkness and into the marvelous light.

Numbering Our Days

Numbering Our Days

Seeking after the Heart of God

So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.

Psalm 90:12

During our lifespan on earth, a segment of our eternity, we each have a very significant purpose, but the question is do we fully understand what that purpose is? Or how to achieve it?

Everything we sow of the physical reality of life perishes, but what we sow of the spiritual reality moves with us into eternity AND it is what moves us into eternity. There is no greater purpose than to seek after the eternal in the fabric of our lives, which when all characteristics and ways are combined can be articulated in one word, God, the eternal Father/Maker of us all. Proverbs 23:17-21

It’s our highest purpose to seek to bear the image of the heavenly man crafted by the hand of God, verses the image of the man of dust crafted by our own hand.  1 Corinthians 15:4

God is love. His presence is veiled from this earth because the vessels to hold His spirit have yet to be cleansed, purified and prepared to hold a holy, pure and loving spirit, though Christ came to bring us behind the veil. His home in this world is in us. Thus, we must be made ready to contain such a spirit. The minds and ways of many souls are contrary to His righteousness care, some unknowingly and some willingly, therefore unable to unite to Him.

The worlds’ web of lies has blinded us to what true loving kindness is and its supremacy in the nature of God. It has corrupted our vessels by corrupting our minds so we don’t know or recognize this love. This is why we must seek for it. To find love or any attribute of God, we have to become a part of it – that is the only way we know it. This is how it is with spiritual realities. The knowing is in the becoming. Otherwise they remain hidden and we exist outside of them in darkness and coldness.

If we choose to seek to learn and grow by spiritual understanding and by the attainment of divine characteristics, then we begin our journey to be joined to Him. If we remain in our contrary ways, we remain distant from Him, thus from love itself. Understanding our role as a loving caretaker of the animal kingdom is an essential key to unlocking the love of God in our lives, because it is how He is with us. Because we affect the animals daily with our choices and actions, our care for them begins a daily ripple effect of the love of God in our reality. This truth is key to becoming love. When we begin to possess the spirit of the Eternal, we live in love. Our ability to love in righteousness is a testimony of our connection to God, thus eternity. So how we spend our limited time on earth is very significant.

Time is constant, unchanging, beyond our control, and simply is as long as the earth spins as it does. Our belief in time doesn’t make it exist or not. Time is a reflection of the sovereignty of God, for He created time.

If we put our time in His hands we do well, if we try to control and manipulate it ourselves, we cause much harm.

As the foundations of the earth shift with the incoming righteous reign, our perception of time will change. In trying to control time, we haven’t trusted the Creator, and as a result we have created destruction and made this earth desolate. As wickedness loses its prosperity, we won’t be able to control our future like we have done in our self-will and this will turn many lives upside down. Right now the present moment is fleeting as most dwell in the past or the future.  But, God abides in the present and when we fully trust Him so do we.

The past no longer exists and the future grows out of the present. However, most try to re-live the past and try to control their future. The two main reasons for this are fear and lust, both of which I’m finding are the undercurrent to most our actions and choices, however small or large those fears and lusts may be. In trying to protect ourselves from harm, a mindset driven by fear, we propagate the very harm we don’t desire as we try to create a future without fear. In this, we cease to love. In trying to fulfill our desires, through lusts and not kindness, we cease to love.

To change the future to something desirable, we must change what we are doing in the present. But, to change the present without the wisdom of eternity of God who knows every ripple effect to every action is to create a future that hurts and harms instead of loves.

A key to coming to know God is seeking to stop manipulating time; specifically the past and the future, which we do in many ways, and seek to know Him in our present moment and learn to abide there. Further, we come to know the heart of God, who is love, when we are set on seeking and abiding in His perfect love for all of His creation today, in our present moment.

1 Corinthians 16:14 Let all that you do be done with love.

To seek God is to seek what it means to truly abide in loving kindness in all areas of our life. Without this perspective, we’ll never find the heart of God but empty realities that leave us alone, afflicted and broken. If we seek Him with all our heart, soul and mind, loving kindness is where He leads us. Until we set our hearts on knowing true kindness and acting according to its ways and not our fears and lusts, we’ll know endless repeating days in the shadow of death. May we not forget our first love, love itself, for God is love. Jesus came to remind us that love is supreme.

Let love be the qualifier for all you do. May our purpose be to seek God who is the unity of truth and love and live in Him in today.

Proverbs 23:12 Apply your heart to instruction, And your ears to words of knowledge.

Proverbs 23:23 Buy the truth, and do not sell it, Also wisdom and instruction and understanding.

Proverbs 24:14 So shall the knowledge of wisdom be to your soul; If you have found it, there is a prospect, And your hope will not be cut off.

Flying: Faith in Motion

Flying:

Faith in Motion

space

To be a living creature, an eternal spirit being, means the spirit of God within us crafts every moment and every movement. Thus, we live by faith in God alone. Faith is what moves our wings to fly. (my previous posts lay the foundation for this “flying” analogy)

To move, thus fly, in oneness with God, requires a heart fashioned by God. This is the inner work of Christ within our Holy of Holies. This is a heart born out of Truth and Love. Once this heart is fashioned so that we desire to love perfectly, and desire only the ways, wisdom and truths of the Father, then the work of gaining a new mind of spiritual understanding follows. This mind forms by buying and selling the gold refined in fire with Christ; who is the wisdom of God. This is gaining understanding of truth and love regarding the interworking and details of our lives.

Once the heart and mind are established in the truths and love of God, then the faith that holds the power of God is able to go forth from us and into the earth; into our lives and the lives of others. This power going out is how we outwardly reflect God, which is our personality (garments), which is His light reflecting from us. This faith expands until it fills our conscious and unconscious realities.

Faith, the power of God, streaming into the earth begins with a prompting or a desire, to do or say a certain thing. Our words and actions are the channels in which faith moves through. Faith without works is dead because it travels through our works/actions. These promptings come out of the awakened Holy of Holies within us for the heavenly Father speaks to us between the cherubim. (Holy of Holies in You)

Channel of Faith

An example of a channel of faith the heavenly Father has established for faith to flow through in my life, is this blog and my videos. Every time I write or speak, I trust Him that He does it all. I trust He will not only give me the words, but will use them perfectly to each hearer. This faith comes from the circle of trust within the Holy of Holies, and the outer circle of trust that connects the spiritual reality to the physical reality.

Inner Wheel: Circle of Trust with God

I trust the Heavenly Father, and He trusts me because He knows I trust Him. This is the circle of trust created in the Holy of Holies. It’s the inner wheel of the wheels of the living creatures in the book of Ezekiel. Ezekiel 1:21

This circle of trust is built by understanding. It comes from knowing the character of the heavenly Father and how He works.

The heavenly Father governs us from the inside, not the outside. Thus, His reign in our souls comes through understanding. When we understand His character and ways, we trust Him. Trust is the fruit of knowing. And further, we as come to know Him, we desire to be like Him.

In this desire to be like Him, our understanding expands as we obey Christ’s teachings to our spirit. As we follow His teachings, understanding increases because we experience why they are indeed perfect. Obedience to His ways fuels understanding, which fuels our trust in Him, the circle of trust.

When we understand why He wants us to do certain things and not others, we WANT to do them. Understanding creates desire. To live by desire is freedom, joy, rest, and abundance. Therefore, in His love for us, He leads by promptings, understanding and wisdom. This brings us to the outer wheel.

Outer Wheel: Circle of Trust to Outside

Once a circle of trust is established within us. Then God can create a medium for His spirit, power and work to flow into the earth. The dynamic of trust circulating from within and interacting upon the earth creates the outer wheel, just as the outer part of the wheel of a car has contact with the road. This wheel is the dynamic of God’s power moving from the inner wheel and interacting with the physical realm. Thus, this wheel turns by our faith.

Back to my example, this blog/video is a venue in which God’s power/spirit connects to the earth.  It is a medium that my faith in God flows through. Because I write and speak in faith, it infuses God’s power into it. It’s a physical connection to others, which possesses a faith in God, thus it’s the outer wheel by which His spirit moves upon the earth.

The faith or power of God creates results that are far beyond our own abilities, which is a testimony to His work and power. But there is more …

My husband, my confidant in every spiritual understanding, infuses his faith into this wheel as well. He trusts God to govern what I say and to use it as He wills. The faith my husband puts in God in my output enhances the overall faith, thus power, poured into this work. His faith is like a booster shot to my faith. I have trust in my husband’s faith for I know the source; his heart crafted by God, which I see continually. This dynamic of another’s faith complementing ours so that it strengthens ours making it more “full body” is what Paul meant when he said,  “I now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up in my flesh what is lacking in the afflictions of Christ, for the sake of His body, which is the church,” Colossians 1:24 Through his faith, my husband lays his hands (will) upon me in these “works” and the combination of our faith is far more powerful than mine alone. 1 Timothy 4:14

When every aspect of our lives reflects the inner/outer wheel dynamic, so that we don’t move unless we are moved by God’s spirit, we are eternal spirit creations.

One important checkpoint, when there is a channel for faith to flow through, our perspective of this outgoing power/faith through us is humility. When God’s spirit, thus power, is flowing through us, what we feel is humility. This is what we “see” when we “see” God from the backside as His power is going out of us. This is why Jesus said He was gentle and meek. This humility is a combination of realizing it is all His work and not ours, we are completely dependent upon Him, and we rejoice because of His perfect love and faithfulness toward us.

When we partake of the heavenly Father’s heart, then our trust follows for His love is perfect and He is faithful. This trust is the fuel to moving in faith. Without faith it is impossible to do what God asks, thus impossible to please Him, for all He asks is done only by and in His power and not our own. When we fly, we are at rest, for all is done through God’s power. When our inner wheel and outer wheels are established, there is no limit to what God can do through our little ole’ lives, even to moving mountains.

Regeneration of Thought

Regeneration of Thought

“And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.”

Revelation 22:1

Out of our heart flows either living waters of life or bitter waters of death; depending upon our heart, which is the seat of our character.

The purpose and definition of eternal life are the same: to grow in the divine character of the utmost supreme divine spirit, the heavenly Father. John 17:3 When we are seeking the heavenly Father, we are seeking the awareness and the attainment of His divine character; the harmonious integration of all the aspects of His nature: like righteousness, holiness, honor, justice, compassion, long-suffering, mercy, kindness, strength, abundance, wisdom, truth, purity, love, peace, rest, and perfection. Thus we cease striving to obtain finite external objects of our world, and reorient our focus, in all areas and in all things, to knowing, understanding, obtaining and giving of this character as expressed through our unique untainted personality and given resources. Matthew 6:24, Matthew 5:48

When we focus on this character, the material world around us manifests as it should lacking nothing and in all things creating an abundance. Matthew 6:33 Divine character creates an internal and external reality of growing satisfaction and delight; a reality of harmony with God, ourself, others, and creation. It’s a reality in which our present moment gets eternally better. Seeking to know and be a part of this perfect character is what it means to seek after the heart of God.

This divine character has no images. To understand it is to “see the face of God”.  Psalm 80:19, Ezekiel 39:29 What we actually do see with our physical eyes is its expression and reflection in creation, and these manifestations are numerous and varied.

God has no images, and tells us not to create images. Leviticus 26:1 Ironically, this is exactly what mankind has done. We aren’t to create or pursue images, but pursue this divine character beyond all images. To put images on God or to seek to create certain images in our external environment is to limit our own understanding of the divine nature that will be expanding in our awareness for eternity, and to cease to let the divine character establish our external reality as it should be, thus creating harmony. (Attainment of the Divine Character)

Out of the heart flows all things. Proverbs 4:23 Our heart, our character, establishes our thoughts which determines our actions. Our reality is the sum reflection of our thoughts and actions. Therefore to alter our reality to reflect a divine nature, God, we have to obtain a new heart or character. Ezekiel 11:19 Obtaining this character comes by fostering an ongoing communion with the source of divine character. It’s meeting God in the depths of our soul, for that is where our character resides, thus where all the transformation takes place. Through this communion of understanding and grace, the divine character of God makes its home within us, changing us from our core.

Without inner reflective mediation, we remain unaware, thus blind, to the spiritual understanding that leads to transformation and growth. We believe, do and create what we first know. Romans 10:17 It’s by an inner communion with the spirit of God within us that we are changed FROM within. It’s by this internal dialogue with pure consciousness that we gain understanding and transition from a flesh finite mind to a spirit eternal mind. It is here, within, that our will comes into submission to the heavenly Father’s will. The regeneration of ourselves into new creations, thus this world, is a regeneration of the source of our thoughts, thus our thoughts. Matthew 19:28, Titus 3:5 It’s living waters flowing where one bitter waters ran.

We have to look within to see outwardly in truth. When we have turned our eyes of understanding inward to see the light, His divine seed with us – a divine seed of His character planted by Christ – then our outward perception changes. How we see our outward reality reflects the new vision we have gained by looking inwardly. We start seeing through the Light, understanding of truth, and thus our words, actions and what we create are of a life-giving spirit.

John 7:38 “He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.”

Living waters flow out of our heart, when our heart is of God, thus His throne. The living waters are pure thoughts; pure thoughts flow from a purified heart, which is an ever-perfecting character. Living thoughts create a reality of eternity.

When our soul’s foundation is of the heavenly Father’s character, though our understanding is finite, our actions harmonize with His will. Having His character enables us to trust and follow our desires for they are His desires. When we do what we want to, in the understanding that our actions create harmony (the sum affect of divine characteristics), then we have absolute freedom. In this way, God can direct our actions today to create a harmonious future. Not being all-knowing, we have no idea what lies ahead, but through purified desires, the spirit of God can guide us perfectly. Psalm 37:4, John 8:32

When we seek God’s divine character, which we eternally grow into, we become eternal because all we create is perfect and harmonious. Romans 8:28 Our thoughts thus actions cease to create destruction. We become truly alive for we are growing in the elements of eternity. When His pure heart has replaced our corrupt heart, then His divine character replaces our corrupt character. We become His offspring, a son/daughter of God, and an eternal creation.

Love of the Heavenly Realm

Love of the Heavenly Realm

Space

The heavenly Father has been greatly misunderstood by the flesh mind; a mind whose perspective sees only in and through death.  Romans 8:6

To know this Magnificent Spirit requires that we seek to listen, learn and engage spirit to spirit; a communion within our souls extending beyond the flesh mind, thus beyond death. The uppermost place we can enter into from our current state is the deepest place within us. Deep within us is the part of us that connects us to the Creator. In there lies the seed of the potential of His perfection in us that has been hidden, buried, and covered in corruption.  It’s a place of communion beyond the flesh exteriors of limitation.

To truly know Him, thus for an authentic union to form between us and Him, we have to desire to become as He is; pure truth and love. 1 Peter 1:15, Ephesians 1:4 He is perfect. We are the ones to be altered. This means a willing undertaking of a great purification of our souls by His Spirit of Truth working in us. This process recreates, alters and eventually transforms us and our reality to reflect His glory; His eternal love. Proverbs 4:18

The one element we require to enter into this process that purifies us is the compelling Desire to know the perfect love and truth and the harmony they create. Matthew 5:9, Psalm 37:4 To desire to know and BE perfect love is the greatest gift, honor, and worship we can give the Spirit of perfect love. It’s a desire we can’t fulfill without a union to Him; and it’s His desire to create this union in us; for love desires to give love.

The Father is eternal. There is no end to learning of Him. The moment we construct a “religion” around Him we’ve ceased to come to Him as He is; infinite. Religious undertakings can serve as stepping stones we encounter along the way, but to remain confined in and by them (which by their very design they confine the mind) is to cease to seek thus find the eternal supreme divine nature of the Creator. When we diligently seek to know Him as He is without man-made boundaries, we find a growing awareness of His true nature extending beyond all images and anything physical. He is above creation, yet reflected in it as He is the Creator. To know Him we must be willing to go beyond creation; yet learn from creation in whatever manner He chooses to teach us. Psalm 25:12, Psalm 32:8

Our seeking journey entails exploring our existence in order to come to an understanding, as much as we are able, of the character of the heavenly Father, and in this awareness we become a part of Him. I call Him my heavenly Father because one central way I know Him is as my perfect parent; the summation of a Father and Mother; His perfect care, provision, protection, counsel, deliverance, correction, wisdom, longsuffering, mercy, compassion and love are evident in my life. I long for my life to reflect all He is; as a young child longs to be like her loving father and mother. A Father’s/Mother’s love is a complex and beautiful love entailing many lessons in the nature of love. Calling Him Father reflects these characteristics I’ve learned from Him about Him. Yet in calling Him my Father, I know He is far beyond my understanding. I continue to seek Him as I embrace Him as He has revealed Himself to me up to this moment.  Above all, I’ve found seeking Him becomes an experience of increasing love in my life, thus it becomes an all consuming, exhilarating, and priceless experience and pursuit.

In learning of the perfection of His love, I’m enabled to fully trust Him. As I do, I am entering into a state of complete rest. The rest is beyond and above this physical plane; yet significantly reflected in it. Trusting Him means I’m living this life His way, not mine. In the wisdom of His ways rest is manifested.  His wisdom in my life creates smooth paths, decisions that create peace, loving kindness, and living in harmony with spiritual and physical laws of His design. When His footsteps become ours, we rest because anxieties created from corruption have been removed. Psalm 85:13 For example, men find enduring and true success born out of loving kindness of the Father’s wisdom that creates a place of His governance and presence. Women, in the same loving kindness, find true beauty undefined and undefiled by the world that is expressed in a multitude of glorious ways.

When we seek to know His divine truth and love; we learn of all His nature for the union of these two is the consummation of all the others; holiness, righteousness, mercy, long suffering, compassionate, just, all knowing, eternal and so on. Thus, above all we must desire and seek to know is His eternal love. 1 Corinthians 13:13

The heavenly Father is a supreme divine perfect eternal spirit. He is the consummation of perfect truth and love and all the characteristics contained in them. We will be forever learning of this transcendent and glorious Spirit and moving deeper into Him for eternity. Love will grow for eternity within us, thus outside of us, as we grow in understanding. Though we will love perfectly because He is a part of us, our understanding and experience of love will continue to enhance and expand forever.

Forsaking Suffering & Embracing Life

Forsaking Suffering & Embracing Life

Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.

Galatians 6:7

As you connect and become a part of the divine nature, all that isn’t of it is purged from your life.  As you connect to God’s perfect love and truth, it reshapes you from within thus recreates your reality. This transition is leaving death and entering into life. It’s being born of the spirit. It’s gaining a spirit-mind in place of a flesh-mind. It’s leaving the pit and entering into the kingdom of heaven.

To live from a flesh-mind is to abide in the pit; it’s a tortuous place on many levels. Thus to leave the pit, you have to leave all the tortuous/harmful behaviors behind. You have to cease to be a creator and a “proliferator” of harm, and instead embrace the liberty, healing and redemption of a new pure mind of wisdom and love; the mind of Christ. It’s a state of mind in which you are dependent on God’s wisdom to direct you step by step.

Do you want to be healed? Jesus asked the man of an infirmity of 38 years? John 5:5-6

People surprising are unwilling to leave or address what causes harm in their lives to themselves and others. They are unwilling to leave the pit ultimately because of their lack of understanding of the pure wisdom of God; so shouldn’t all be seeking that wisdom? Proverbs 10:21

Death, the pit, the flesh mind is an arena where love doesn’t exist because it’s a separation from God, who is love. In the absence of love; all that is left are unloving actions causing harm to ourselves and others; and often torturous. 1 John 5:19

We have to seek what true love is; thus to truly know our heavenly Father. We have to learn to leave the pit and that means stop engaging in harmful thoughts, words and actions. Ask God to reveal them in your life. Haggai 1:6-7

Here are some areas to consider:

  1. Our consumption. There is massive cruelty done to animals in regards to the foods we eat; meat, dairy, eggs, the products we use, and the clothes/shoes we buy. This world has done a surprisingly good job of covering up this horrific treatment of animals. Seek this truth then choose to be a vessel of honor .. to all. Let your love, the Father’s love, be known to all; even the least of them. Seek to walk in this love. (A Cry Against Hypocrisy & Cruelty)
  2. Our words. Words can be healing or destructive. People easily harm others by the unkind words they speak and the lies they propagate as truth. James 3:8  Let your words be words of life by letting God establish them. For as you speak so shall your life reflect.
  3. Supporting institutions of oppression; which there are many.
  4. Holding fast to a false image of God which promotes good as evil and evil as good. (ie, eternal torment doctrine)
  5. Feeding the lust image; men in desiring it and women in trying to be it. Both create massive ripple effects of destruction. There is a vast continuum in this area, seek to be off the continuum completely as Jesus spoke of. By seeking Truth, this lust spirit can be starved and replaced with true love. Matthew 5:28-29
  6. Criticizing, judging, holding grudges, unwilling to forgive, resentments, bitterness, anger. Many hold onto these behaviors to “punish” others, to feel justified, and as a form of personal vengeance. These destroy those who hold them.
  7. Staying in abusive relationships, and being abusive to ourselves, which takes on many faces. (Separation vs. Healing in Relationships)

Seek to understand how you are holding onto the pit by the harm you are holding onto in this life. Let all be purged but what is of the purest of wisdom and love. Malachi 3:2-3

Christ is returning within. If people continue to wait for an outside happening, they will remain blind to the call within them to walk in the spirit of grace that enables them to walk in righteousness. That walk transitions us into new creations. It is these who seek and grow in the righteousness of Christ working them who will abide in peace.

Zephaniah 2:3 Seek the Lord, all you meek of the earth, Who have upheld His justice. Seek righteousness, seek humility. It may be that you will be hidden In the day of the Lord’s anger.

Receiving the New Wine

Receiving the New Wine

I’ve been putting up videos on YouTube full of powerful truths that I pray your heart knows, for as you live in them they produce a fruitful vine in your life. If you haven’t watched the recent videos, I encourage you to go watch them in order, as truth builds.

Previously, I talked about the wedding of Cana and how that event is symbolic of the time we are in. John 2 At this wedding, Jesus conducted the first miracle of His ministry, which was creating new wine. It was a wine far better than the old. It symbolized the old covenant versus the new covenant. Once again, at His return His first miracle is creating new wine. He is filling those prepared to receive the wine, those with new wineskins, with the promises of the new covenant. Partake of this wine, which is His ever deepening truths encompassed in power, and watch what happens in your life. Isaiah 25:4-8

To embrace this new wine you have to let go of the old wine, thus a static finite understanding of His truths. Let me explain.

God is truth. Truth is infinite. Thus, truth is established layer upon layer fitting together perfectly as God is perfect, and our knowledge of truth expands as God is infinite. It’s God who assembles His truths in us as a Master Craftsman. Ephesians 2:10 Any understanding we have of a concept of God can go deeper; much deeper. When I started to be instructed by God Himself; the truths I learned started broad, and as I continued to seek they grew more and more detailed. The concepts I have understood from Him have always proven true, yet as I continue to seek they have constantly deepened and expanded. You can see this dynamic by going back to my old posts. The truths has always built and deepened.

For any truth of God, it’s like looking at a forest. First, all you see is a forest. As you continue to seek His instruction, your understanding deepens. Following the analogy of the forest, you learn there are different types of trees in the forest, then you see each of the trees have leaves and bark, then you start seeing the details of the leaves. All is true, yet as you are instructed by God your understanding of truth deepens. This is why you have to be careful of thinking what you learned at any one time is a full understanding of that truth. It always goes deeper as God Himself is infinite. This deepening nature occurs with the characteristics of God Himself as well as with the words of the Bible that reflect those characteristics. This is why you can continue to read the Bible year after year and continue to learn more and more.

To obtain the new wine, we have to let go of our expectations of how the word of God plays out in our lives and in the world, thus a static understanding. God’s thoughts are far above ours, thus we can’t imagine what He has in store for us. Isaiah 55:8-9 We can know the promises, but how those are fulfilled and manifested we don’t know until it happens. Thus, if we hold onto a fix picture of what lays ahead in our lives or for the world, it will inhibit our understanding, thus our faith.

In my own life, I never imagined my life would be what it is. Yet, I see how God has been faithful to answer my prayers and fulfill His promises to me, just not in how I expected. I couldn’t imagine what He had in store because He directs my steps not me. Jeremiah 10:23 The path to the fulfillment of those promises and what those promises look like in my life are far more perfect and beyond what I could have imagined in my limited understanding. If I forced and clung to my expectations of how I thought those promises would play out, then I would have missed the tremendous blessings that came from letting Him direct my paths perfectly. We have to leave the means of how His promises are fulfilled up to Him. Psalm 62:5

This outlook of setting our expectations aside is how we must proceed in what lays ahead for the end of days as Christ comes to reign in righteousness. We know the promises, but how they are going to play out and what that fulfillment will actually look like in reality we can’t know or imagine until it starts happening. Thus we have to be teachable and let God show and teach us taking us deeper into understanding as He wills and let go of fixed understandings. We have to let go of set images of how He will return and let Him teach us and show us the new wine. Otherwise, we will unknowingly reject it.

The Bible presents a rough outline of the depth of truths that it holds. Only the Spirit of God can teach you all that lies beneath each passage, verse and word. It’s like these posts. I share words with you, but the understanding behind them that I hold is much more detailed. His truth is very vast and far beyond words on a page, yet those words of the Bible will always reflect the truth. It is like looking at a picture of Italy verses going there. As you begin to experience the deepening reality of those truths; you will understand this dynamic. If you stay at the level of seeing a forest believing that is all there is and never enter into it to understand its depths you won’t experience it. Let God teach you by taking you deeper and deeper into your understanding of His truths, for this is how you come to experience more of Him and all He has in store for you.

Some are embracing this new wine; some are clinging to the old. This division is causing a separation among professing believers. Be one who receives the new wine.

For those being united to Christ, as Christ unites His spirit to ours, our understanding of His truths is deepening at accelerated rates. Along with that understanding is power as those truths are now starting to reign as the reign of wickedness is being cast down. This power of Christ infusing the truths we hold is significantly transforming our inner lives, thus all around us. May this light shine into the world showing the mercy, love and perfection of our heavenly Father.

Purging the Adulterous Spirit

Purging the Adulterous Spirit

Talking about what the adulterous spirit is between us and God and us and others and how it’s purged from our lives. Incredibly important truth for these days for our actions are being revealed for what they are … thus we are living out the consequences of our thoughts/actions.

Hosea 4:10  For they shall eat, but not have enough; They shall commit harlotry, but not increase; Because they have ceased obeying the LORD.

1 Peter 3:7 Husbands, likewise, dwell with them with understanding, giving honor to the wife, as to the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life, that your prayers may not be hindered.
