When we know our true Self, we become a life-giving Spirit.
Giving is our life force.
Every moment we are extending out (giving) energetic vibrations, through our thoughts, emotions, words and actions. The energetic vibrations multiply in reality returning to us more than we gave. This expansion is “life”.
Giving is our creative power.
What we give we receive. Giving and receiving function as a singular creative act. Each thought, emotion, word and act flows out from us into reality and comes back to us in a variety of experiences. We are spirit who unceasingly gives of itself to create a reality of its reflection. Giving is our creative power, so why would we ever give what we don’t want to receive?
In a mind of darkness, or unawareness of Truth, we are blind to the connection between what we give and the experience we receive as a result. We attack another with our thoughts, then experience attack back from our reality, and mistakenly accept the cause as something other than what we gave out. In this misplacement of cause, we continue to create what we don’t want, unaware of our creative power to shape reality. What we give is the cause of everything we experience.
Through a metamorphosis of beliefs, what we give changes. When belief ultimately leads us to the Prayer of I Am, and we know the Truth of ourself, we recognize we possess every divine attribute in abundance, then we freely give of our limitless resources.
When we know the Truth, we are connected to the divine Mind, so that what we give is coming from the divine Mind and shining through us. We give in a capacity far beyond ourselves and always according to the divine attributes. Only when we give from this oneness, do we create true life, and thus become a life-giving spirit. The divine attributes we give are received back in greater abundance and therefore grow and expand in our reality. This is the true experience of a life-giving spirit. As we rest in emergence while giving freely of our divine attributes, we create a reality for the highest good of all.
Giving and receiving the divine attributes of Truth is also the source of all healing. If we extend fear, attack, complaining, self-pity, etc., then these vibrations shape the physical reality in corresponding forms of destruction and decay. If we give love, peace, joy, gratitude, etc., then these shape reality in vitality and growth. Emotions signify what we believe. If they aren’t of peace and joy, we are not shining the Truth.
Depending if we possess Truth or not, we either expand the Light or the darkness through what we give. When we don’t know our true Self, we expand the darkness of illusion, in which we experience the suffering of our own manifestations and extend suffering into reality. BUT the Light in each one of us will be expressed because even our own blindness can’t change who we are in Truth and who we are destined to become as an expressed immortal fractal of God. Any darkness is temporary and finite before the eternal ever-expanding Light.
As we awaken through giving according to Truth, we express our true likeness as a life-giving spirit, and our Light expands into creation.
“Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. ~ John 14:27

Words of truth.
This could be said in numerous ways using the types, shadows, parables and allegories, however this explanation you give is the truth of all shadowed understanding. Does it not say that “all” the law and prophets hang on the two great commandments? Are you not revealing the simplicity of all the law and prophets, reducing them to the love of Christ? The greatest mystery is “Christ within us” being the hope of glory. The ability to give as we receive is the glory of God for as you say if we are giving as we are receiving, the giving and receiving is of the spirit of the mystery of oneness. I believe this giving and receiving is of one mind as we resist the carnal by “letting” this mind function within us as “IS” in Christ Jesus. This short article of yours is in my opinion the summary of all scripture. As long as we see in terms of good and evil, we cannot love others as we should because our carnal mind is too busy trying to “judge” who is worthy of our love and “right thinking” whereas right thinking is loving all, including our worst enemy without conditions, God gives, Christ gives, and we are to give likewise to all just as we have received. We thank God that all that is our enemy is contained within our dream…of which we will all awake. It is a gracious and wonderful thing to understand that we individually are that one in which Christ left the 99 for to make us complete with them…in Him.
Again, to understand these simple truths are to in effect understand the culmination of the mystery…Christ in us thinking, speaking and doing as He and our Father does. I don’t think you’ve ever written in so much clarity as you have stated herein. It is “the” wonderful truth..well stated. I pray that these words of yours become a blessing to all who read them. If we could give as good as we “have” received……it would be finished.

Sonny – After I wrote this blog, I saw this truth of giving in even a greater magnitude, clarity and simplicity which you so nicely captured in your comment. It’s a very powerful understanding to have.

As it is often the case…when we give…expecting nothing in return..and making ourselves available to the love of God..do our own words teach us deeper truths as we give in the very moment. This comes from selflessness and having a desire to be above no one, but only wanting for them what we want for ourselves. Thinking as such causes an abundant even flow with no dam of self to hold back the flow from the Father through us. Unconditional love for all of who God is the river of life gushing forth from within us, meaning with no restraint of any carnal thought against any. When we resent for the “unholy” way we have been treated, we think ourselves justified and “they” need fixing…and although this be so, this from our perspective is not forgiving 7 x70…or as though the offense never happened. This mind of Christ is joining God where He is and this is within us , and as “we” look out from our temple with God in our presence, in our breath, in our words, in our being…then we are..the oneness we seek.

Hey Rachel, this subject is related to what I daily try to relay to American people; we must return to using our own mind and stop letting other people do our reasoning for us. Mainly coming from politics and religion. – God said if we set ourselves up as a judge, we must judge with righteousness: Noah & Abraham believed God and it was reckoned unto them for righteousness. We must continue to live in His ways if we want to keep receiving His blessed life. – God talks to the world every day but, it is few that can here Him. Soon the USA will give God its answer, as it did in 1929 where God released the third apocalyptic horseman.
