Regeneration

Regeneration

A fountain of life to water souls
A source unexpected, yet long foretold

Springing forth from the wilderness
Rivers of love and tenderness

Vessels prepared yet unaware
Of the purpose they were to bear

Filled by God’s magnificent presence
Transformed in quiet transcendence

In weakness the greatest power is housed
In rest the sleeping giant aroused

To regenerate a corrupted place
To change the countenance of every face

From tears to unspeakable joy
Freeing imprisoned minds, evil’s toy

Though wickedness once abound
Its victory soon will not be found

Darkness loses its authority
As the incoming light quenches its ability

Establishing truth and righteousness in the land
The power shifts to love’s guiding hand.

Break forth in song, for the Day is here
Extinguishing every worry, care and fear

Mercy floods in as waves of light
Redeeming by God’s perfect might

Using few to bring forth His domain
God is glorified and named above all names

The Kingdom come, Thy will be done
On earth as it is in heaven.

Luke 14:5  Then He answered them, saying, “Which of you, having a donkey or an ox that has fallen into a pit, will not immediately pull him out on the Sabbath day?”

Matthew 19:28 So Jesus said to them, “Assuredly I say to you, that in the regeneration, when the Son of Man sits on the throne of His glory, you who have followed Me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

Mark 13:9 “He who has ears to hear, let him hear!”

Contemplating the oneness of Truth while guided by the Voice of Truth produces the evolution or maturation of the soul, spirit and mind, so reality can begin to reflect Truth's immutable, divine attributes, which manifest the highest good for all. This blog reflects an ever-deepening understanding of the Truth a soul gains as its mind is renewed by Truth's pure Light.

  1. Mercy floods in as waves of light

    (love that)

  2. great poem of the great times ahead here on earth, that Will come about because of the Great Love and Mercy of Our Heavenly Father, through His Son.

throughout Scripture, from the front to the back,.as written by OT prophets of ..Isaiah,11..Zech 9,10…etc….The very Gospel Our Saviour preached,..a future world,..a New world Kingdom,..with Him as King,..king David as prince,..his apostles as judges….His children with re-newed with,grain,..and new wine,…and new oil…and new hearts…..

till the very last Book,..as it is Written in Rev 21,..”for the old order of things has passed away”…”He,Who was seated on The Throne, said!…”I am making everything new!”….”Write this down for these words are trustworthy and true”

His Kingdom will come,..His Will, will be done on this,His Earth…….as it is in Heaven!

    So Be It

  3. Thank you, Rachel, for the powerful and poetic teaching! 🙂 God bless you as you call forth in His name.

  4. Beautiful and powerful. Thanks for sharing!

  5. Rachel, glad you asked that.
What I meant in saying that is,
mercy generally covers the truth of
our mistakes, in a sense it hides the
true knowledge that we were wrong.
So, in a sense, it’s washing truth away.
Mercy is distilling away the truth of wrong.
In what way were you saying that
mercy goes with truth? Probably does,
but you said it so definitely, like it was
obvious. What truth is mercy ‘with’,
    that you are sharing?

    • Hi Glenn – I see what you are saying … God covers what we’ve done against Him.

Psalm 85:10 Mercy and truth have met together; Righteousness and peace have kissed.
Proverbs 16:6 In mercy and truth Atonement is provided for iniquity; And by the fear of the LORD one departs from evil.
Psalm 25:10 All the paths of the LORD are mercy and truth, To such as keep His covenant and His testimonies.

It’s by God’s mercy that we are able to walk in truth. His mercy in giving us His righteousness.

      • It’s by God’s mercy that we are able to
walk in truth. His mercy in giving us His
        righteousness.
        That says it very well.
        Thanks for writing back Rachel.
Don’t know why I was seeing it from the
        other side.

  6. Rachel, one thing else,
I think my original thought was,
in saying mercy undoes truth, is
    that mercy helps unravel truth,
    that because God is love,
    seeing through his eyes helps
    to unravel, and unveil truth.
Mercy helps Truth with her work.

  7. Thank you for the poem. It speaks from the heart.
