My passion is cultivating a deep relationship with God and helping others to do the same. I LOVE sharing with others insights that God has taught me and hearing what God has taught them... thus my blog, Stirring the Deep. My focus is on a relationship, not a religion. Life is in the relationship.
I believe in a balance and unity of body, mind and spirit. I feel it's important to nurture all three for they all affect each other. I try to live in the present, where the Holy Spirit is. And I try to do all with the motive of love. I've come to believe life is a journey and not a destination. It isn't about perfection, is it about growth.
That was a great teaching, Rachel.
The idea of the chord, is helping me
visualize, letting go in forgiving.
You know, instead of wrestling with it,
just let go, -drop the rope on the ground.
Then you can bind freedom to your
heart.
Thank you for your reminder. You did an excellent job explaining “forgiveness”. I will come back to this video to listen to it again and again. Excellent work!
If you have a loved one that is hurting you emotionally and they are someone that you truly want them in your life, how can you let them go? I pray that God will open there heart and I know he will , How do you deal with the negative impact that it is having on your life at the present moment? You have a gift Rachel and I wish there were alot more people that were blessed as you are. Keep on with your work, it is needed.
Hi Daniel … Does this person seek forgiveness for the hurt they cause you? Thus they should be growing however little … then continue to forgive them .. your love in that dynamic is very healing. Matthew 18:21-22
If they aren’t … then seek God’s counsel on what He desires of you. Write about the issue in your journal ..seeking His counsel. He is the most wonderful counselor and desires to help you through this .. so give Him the listening ear. Only God knows the ins and outs of the situation and can guide you through it perfectly. Trust Him to guide you perfectly in a way that is honoring to both of you.

Daniel, why do you need to let them go?
