Mark 3:2 and saying, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand!”
My passion is cultivating a deep relationship with God and helping others to do the same. I LOVE sharing with others insights that God has taught me and hearing what God has taught them... thus my blog, Stirring the Deep. My focus is on a relationship, not a religion. Life is in the relationship. I believe in a balance and unity of body, mind and spirit. I feel it's important to nurture all three for they all affect each other. I try to live in the present, where the Holy Spirit is. And I try to do all with the motive of love. I've come to believe life is a journey and not a destination. It isn't about perfection, is it about growth.

Maybe there is a
spiritual flirting, where
the light can shine through,
forming the shadow of a prism
in the eyes of the spirit.
1 Kings 1:4 The young
woman was very lovely;
and she cared for the king,
and served him; but the
king did not know her.

Maybe there is a spiritual blindness and deafness that cannot see light that shines anywhere!
1Kings 1
4 And the damsel was very fair, and cherished the king, and ministered to him: but the king knew her not.
1Kings 1 v 15
15 And Bathsheba went in unto the king into the chamber: and the king was very old; and the damsel ministered unto the king.
what a very very honored position the damsel had, even above the beloved queen, of the beloved chosen king of, Our Loving Chosen King!

With the flowers and the
lamps and the wick-trimmers
of gold, of purest gold
you will make two,
chains of purest gold
like braided cords,
Then ye fasten the braided
chains, to the settings.

God bless you, Rachel, as you keep encouraging us to press into Him, to trust Him, to heed Him. This happened recently and I was tempted to listen to lies and go a different way than what He wanted for me. So thankful that He got through to me and I am listening and believing Him in the matter!

Hi Debbie – it is so easy for lies to creep in .. but now faithful is the Holy Spirit to reveal them if we are attentive to His promptings and leadings. What a blessed gift.
