Being a disciple of Christ, the Truth, is fundamental and essential to life in Him and becoming the temple of God …
Contemplating the oneness of Truth while guided by the Voice of Truth produces the evolution or maturation of the soul, spirit and mind, so reality can begin to reflect Truth's immutable, divine attributes, which manifest the highest good for all. This blog reflects an ever-deepening understanding of the Truth a soul gains as its mind is renewed by Truth's pure Light.

Hey Rachel, I understand what you are saying because, I have made Jesus Lord of my life: Every thing I say, do, or thoughts, I now do my best to keep it all within what I perceive that Jesus would do. Not perfect yet, but it is within what God calls blameless as long as I continue to learn & repent when I realize I am wrong. —Many years, I read scripture to know what God was & claimed to be a Christan/like Christ. However, in daily life, I followed my own personality or attitude. My perception from scripture study says, for most of life I was a baal worshipper. The same as God telling Balaam to not go to the king. Balaam was so strong in his defiance that God had a donkey talk to him. —It is Jesus’ commandment that we keep trying to bring people to this understanding. However, I feel that it is as God told Jeremiah,”so you shall speak all these words to them, but they will not listen to you.” —Your words are true and a great comfort to me!

Hi Eldon – it isn’t from our own will that we walk in accordance to God’s will and truth, but by because His spirit is within us governing every action. We lay down our will, submit it totally to Him and let Him drive. Much of what was shown in the NT was what a spirit-driven life looks like, we can’t do it in our own strength or will. What a gift to give us His Spirit so that we can be at rest.

Thanks Rachel! I am so grateful that God put me in a fellowship of believers who emphasize this personal walk with God. If I hadn’t been taught to listen and stay close to Jesus I never would have survived this last year! Thanks for all you do and Merry Christmas!

Hi Jelillie – thanks for your comment 🙂 God’s power is very real in our lives. It’s been made to be mostly theoretical thus making God’s power close to nil … we say things like having His peace and yet in our lives we totally lack it. May we come to know Him as He is so that we truly experience Him as He is .. that’s when we find true peace and rest that affects every moment of our lives.

Rachel . . .thank you! This is so good and really blesses. He has helped me with this. I had to stop going to church because my daughter with PDDNOS just couldn’t go any longer. I know it looked bad and it sounded bad to tell others that I didn’t go to church. But, He kept me and covered me. He drew me to His word and Himself. He showed me Himself and taught me through the simple daily things in my life.
God bless you as He lives in you. Merry Christmas, Rachel!

Hi Debbie – it was an amazing gift you were given to have to personally dig into Him because other options were removed … that is what we are all called to do, but often instead we get lost in the system.
Hope you are having a wonderful Christmas as well!

This was a very encouraging
message.
Rachel, sometime, if you
can, share more about your
thoughts on ‘adventure’ in this clip.
