Eternal Life is Knowing God
John 17:3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.
Eternal life is knowing God … what this means for our journey on this earth.

Contemplating the oneness of Truth while guided by the Voice of Truth produces the evolution or maturation of the soul, spirit and mind, so reality can begin to reflect Truth's immutable, divine attributes, which manifest the highest good for all. This blog reflects an ever-deepening understanding of the Truth a soul gains as its mind is renewed by Truth's pure Light.

Hey Rachel, I like this one very much. -the only definitions of righeousness I have found is “Noah believed God and it was reckoned to him for righteousness” “Abraham believed God and it was reckoned to him for righteousness” Noah got drunk & allowed satan to enter his son. Abraham pimped his wife to save his own life. I know if we confess sin Jesus is faithful to forgive, However, the fact remains that sin is always with us. the only thing I can receive on this is “God consigned men to sin that He may show mercy”. I am interested in your perception of subject.

Hi Eldon, it is an interesting topic indeed. Those who trust in God’s counsel and guidance and not their own … this is righteousness, because they follow God’s way and not their own. As for the mishaps … there is more to the story- the Bible only references a small part of what happened in these situations. For example, Abraham went through an extremely agonizing time with Sarah – this is talked about in the Dead Sea Scrolls. It truly paints a much more complete picture. God knows our end state. Once we truly start seeking we start on the paths of righteousness of which the end is being filled with the Spirit of God which is righteousness. But as that temple is prepared to be truly filled by Him, we fall though that is not our desire as we are still trying to learn. Thank goodness for God’s mercy. Once that temple is prepared then we truly have God’s righteousness.

And there appeared
a great question? in heaven
‘a clothed woman’ (symb. ‘on earth’)
{with the sun and moon under
her feet}
and upon her head a crown of
twelve stars> and she being with
child, cried, travailing in birth and
pained to be delivered.

Hi Glenn – how do you feel this relates to what I spoke about? I would like to hear your thoughts on it.
December 5, 2011 at 1:38 pm
Actually, it doesn’t- relate. Just a
different interpretation of the
verse I wanted to share while
I had it on my mind. Thanks,
for asking!

Intuition is the ability to acquire knowledge
without inference or the use of reason.
When you listen to your intuition it
connects you with a greater knowledge.
Some scientists have contended that intuition
is associated with innovation in scientific
discovery.

Hi Glenn – I like that … it is what I’ve experienced. To connect to a knowing that is from the Holy Spirit that is beyond reasoning. We can’t always know everything about a situation to make the right decision, but we can know what the right decision is by listening with our soul to that knowing given to us by the Holy Spirit.

Thank you Rachel, for continuing to encourage us to seek Him and to know Him who is truth. God bless you!

Hi Debbie – thanks for your comment and encouragement. There is nothing more important than to seek God in truth and spirit.

Hey Rachel, You spoke of more information coming from the dead sea scroles. This is subject I am very interested in, for I have read many versions of scripture & knew something was wrong. Then Jesus told me which to depend on, “where two or more are gathered together in my name I will be there also” -not two like minded from the same denomination, nor two saleing God, but two who want to know God in truth. (the most popular sold says Noah &Abraham were “perfect” where the scripture that is aproved by Jesus, says “blameless” ect.) As king James was tired of all the arguing & brought together schoolars from all denominations to come to one point in agreeable scripture. -Yet, A true believer,KNOW, it was no conensidence that an Arab found the scroles just one year before God grafted the Jew back as His chosen. My book is bearly readable any more. have you researched new versions?
December 6, 2011 at 4:33 pm
Hi Eldon, there is a version that I’m reading … I don’t have it with me. When I get it I’ll let you know. It is amazing how God can use the dynamic between two people who are truly seeking Him in truth and Spirit and rely on God to teach them.

Hosea 10:12
Sow to yourselves in righteousness,
reap in mercy.

There was incredible clarity in your
statement. Had to do a double take
on the beauty of the way you stated that.
Also, there is an area, in the Holy Spirit,
where you move from situation, to provocation.
Provocation is a technique that requires
lateral thinking, similar to Random Stimuli,
it involves moving your thinking out of the
established patterns that you use to solve
problems normally.

him when he saw that the city was
given over to idols.
