Welcome to this blog … I am glad you stopped by. It’s full of articles, videos and poetry to assist, encourage, and enlighten you in cultivating your relationship with God, which you can explore through the categories to the right.
My purpose for this blog is to dive into the truths of God as He teaches me and encourage you to do the same, what I call stirring the deep. We are on this earth to learn about God, His truth, and His love with the ultimate purpose of being one with Him. John 17:23 We only know in part with much to learn, but I believe it is our work to seek out the truth. John 6:29 What we believe affects everything else. This journey can entail facing issues that are difficult, but to learn the truth we have to be willing to go wherever God leads and hear what He has to say.
Along my journey, I have tasted the freedom truth brings, and it’s beyond amazing. There is tremendous bondage in this world, and my passion is to compel others to dive into God’s truth because that is the only way to true deliverance.
John 8:32 And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
Stirring the Deep is drawing near to God by seeking to be taught by Him. It is spending one-on-one time with Him cultivating a relationship like you would with a spouse – talking, sharing, listening. Many of us have learned about God from others and as a result we have a lot of religion and a little of God. God wants each one of us to come to Him in the quiet of the day and seek His face, His heart, and His will. He is to be our Teacher about Him. This is the gift Christ gave us – to enter into God’s presence. As we do a relationship starts to develop that is based on truth and true intimacy not our false images of Him or who we want Him to be.
Stirring the Deep is a phrase inspired from verse Psalm 42:7 “Deep calls unto deep at the noise of your waterfalls.” When we commune with God spirit to spirit what we learn and hear is often beyond words. To describe it with words doesn’t work – it is spirit abiding with spirit. The truths gained are incredible in such a powerful intimacy.
Stirring the Deep is the one act we do that changes everything because everything in our lives is dependent upon our relationship with God. God is life. He is the source of all our desires. By cultivating a relationship with Him, we establish a foundation in our lives that manifests an abundant life full of meaning, purpose, provision, protection, peace, safety, mercy, comfort, rest, deliverance, healing, restoration, truth, power, strength, and love. No one can develop this relationship for us, it is ours alone, and ours to cultivate. If we don’t no one will. As we do we are prepared to be the temple of God, and in time His Spirit fills us transforming everything. It is a life work of delight.
Most won’t walk this narrow path in the sunbeam of His presence because of the world of distractions and deception, my prayer is you do. Pray for the faith to believe that God rewards those who diligently seek Him. Hebrews 11:6 God has given you the tools to draw near, His very-present Spirit and the written Word, and get up and walk that path.
Stirring the deep is the key to an abundant life and a life glorifying God.
LAUNCHING INTO THE DEEP
Launching into the deep with no gravity beneath my feet,
Let’s take a walk in the depths of your fear
the unknown challenges, God has made clear.
The grip of comfort has loosen its hold
While strategically placing faith in control;
Launching into the deep; your hidden treasure awaits
Each soul that is touched, the bondage breaks,
Launch into the deep, a place I’ve never been before,
God has placed a mandate upon me, saying; from you I want much more.
Awakening the ability to try something new,
which released the hidden surface of the real you.
Not sure of the capabilities, not sure if I’ll be denied
The possibilities are endless once effort is applied.
Launching into the deep is an expression I’d like to define
It’s more of a challenge and being persistent is mine.
I’ll take that step to conquer the unknown
While visualizing my future and leaving my past alone.
I’m now persuaded to live this life
Preparing for my adventure to make that sacrifice
No longer will I hide the abilities I have within;
Launching into the deep, is how this journey begins.

Agree, so many professing Christians know about God, but have no true living relationship as one of his sheep hearing Jesus voice and following what they hear. John 10:27.

I have to ask. What is the Hidden Messages in Water,
about? More than snowflakes, I’m sure.
Is it about the Lord?

Hi Glenn – it’s a scientific look at emotions and their affect on water … an aspect of God’s creation that is amazing. It’s a great read.

wardeldon@yahoo.com -Solomon said nothing is new: What is has already been, what will be is now. Jesus said the Holly Counselor will tell us what is to come. There is a differance between today’s follower of truth & the old prophets. Today & yesterday is & was a matter of how much we believe the words of God. Yesterday God spoke coming-things to the prophets. Today God teaches us by the guiding Spirit through the book of truth. -If today, there are still prophets as was of old, then Jesus did not fulfill all scripture(I believe He did!). “give testimony of Jesus, for it is the spirit of prophesy” Jesus said man must live by every word out of the mouth of God! -I ask all true disciples to digest this, then I will stirr the deep with a wonderment in scripture. PS. assemble ourselves in spirit.

wardeldon@yahoo.com -understand: we must search the scripture daily to know if what is said is truth.-read Jeremiah- the part where God told him to write all God had told him. -as it was read to the king pages were thrown in the fire. -Compare- we know the #one god of America is almighty dollar. -God allowed the waters to part that a pickup load of falseprophet may come to destroy the temples of almighty dollar. -the burning- U.S. treasury was given to the money-grubers?—Understand: horns are governing factors/kings/kingdoms. onehorn goat, coming from west, not touching the ground! -twohorn ram standing strong in front of the world. first horn: religious liberty, second horn coming up last &growing taller: civil liberty? -Both old & new testement say “those who love the Lord shall eat of the fruit of their doing”

wardeldon@yahoo.com -Hey Rachel, I have sent these three comments that possibly you &your group may know the Lord leads me. The Lord told us to not foresake the assembly of ourselves. Ourselves/disciples, is what I have been searching for. You &many of your group are ourselves! the word “continue” in “continue to grow in grace &knowledge” tells me there is no end to the learning about God. I have many years of Spirit-teaching entered in a transcrip that I want to share with the world (it was freely given &must be freely past on.) In each avenue tried, there has been a block. The Lord said to seal it up amongst the disciples &to not write many books. Yet, I have no doubt the Lord is still compelling me to share HIS grace with as many as possible. Miss Rachel, will you &the group ask Jesus what I am to do?
