  1. Hi Sis, I enjoyed your video, and the great insights you share. what a blessing that you have put it into videoS so others can share in it as well. Your fur babies are soooo cute!!!!!

    hUGZ lORIE

    • Hi Lorie, thanks and sometimes I can’t believe just how cute they are! :-) What a wonderful creation God made for us to enjoy.

  2. Thanks, Rachel

Well and beautifully said. Come into the King’s chambers–who could have such a glorious opportunity, and yet we have it every single moment and day. And we put him off. “Just a moment, Lord–I have to get through this e-mail . . . and He is so gentle and gracious that He does wait for us. Why, I’m not sure, except that He knows our weaknesses. Thanks for the encouragement.

    Love, Cindy

    • Cindy, His long suffering and patience with us is truly tremendous. Thanks for your comments ;-)

  3. Rachel, powerful video. Thanks for sharing your heart. This is so important to share with our counseling clients, too, if they are coming from a Christian standpoint. To be rooted in love, versus rooted in fear, can only come about through our daily experience of our Lord, who is Love.

    • Steve, how true. It is the root of many issues and challenges we face because it affects our perspective which comes from our beliefs. Thanks for your comments!

  4. Hi Rachel, thanks for visiting me and for leaving a comment. :) May God bless you!!

    • Thanks Tina for stopping by. Love the title of your blog ;-)

  5. Hi Rachel, I just loved this message. It was both simple and profound. Where you are anchored is another way of saying who do you trust. If I can go through the storms knowing in my heart that my anchor, Jesus Christ, is not going to let my ship be destroyed, than I have already won. I believe it was Tozer who said in essence that a battle is won or lost before it begins. If you are not abiding in God and letting his word be your strength, than that is where the battle was lost before it began. You must feed from the Vine and let it nourish and strengthen you. Only then will you win before the enemy ever attacks!
Thanks for your great teaching, Rachel.

    • Marianne . . . great insight about the battle being won or lost before it begins depending upon us abiding in the vine or not. Thanks for sharing!!

  6. A thought-provoking video. Thank you and God bless.

    • Thanks Victor.

  7. Hi Rachel,
our blogs have a reader that enjoys both our blogs and he invited me to come ‘meet’ you. So here I am and I like this video. When Christ is in us he naturally manifests His love. Amen sister!

    • Thanks Lisa. I appreciate your comments ;-)

  8. Awsome post Rachel! I pray God would give me such an awsome writing ability. He probly has in Christ I just hope he lets me use it soon. lol

The suffering of Christ is made perfect by God’s Love. What did we do for it or to receive it?
What if God’s Love is so perfect that Jesus died for the sin of unbelief? Would it matter?

God’s love meets God’s Justice on the cross. The Debt is paid in full. Anchored Here!! :)

    I Timothy 4:10
Eph 2:8 9 (grace but NOT OUT OF US: aka we have nothing to do)
    I Cor 5:14-21

Selah (Pause and take that in)

What if God’s righteousness is enough?
What if we are not alone?
What if God did it all?

WHERE ARE YOU ADAM? – God (Where not what)

I know Adam you think you are naked. – God
(study the word naked it has nothing to do with private parts hangin out all over) 8)) BTW God never sees him naked.

But I have clothed you with my dear son. – God

  9. Well done Rachel. So simple but right on the money. Stirring:)

    • thanks Judy – it really is quite simple isn’t it? We make it so complicated.

  10. Great message, Rachel. Cultivating intimacy in prayer and worship is so important. What a missing, VITAL ingredient in God’s church today!

    • Lauren, it is missing today – I think because most spend more time cultivating a relationship with the church instead of God. Things have gotten really upside down and backwards.
